Shipping Policy

At Mike Gray Outdoor Construction, LLC, we aim to process and deliver orders efficiently. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM Central Time, on weekends, or on US federal holidays generally begin processing on the next business day. Processing time is separate from transit time.

3. Estimated Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances.

4. Shipping Methods and Costs

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the package, destination, and available service.

• Orders of $50 or more: Free standard shipping.

• Orders under $50: A flat-rate or calculated shipping fee applies, as displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you need to correct an address, email info@mikegrayoc.com as soon as possible.

We can request an address change before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or additional delivery issues.

7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement for 5 business days, or your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@mikegrayoc.com or +1 318-366-1033.

Include your order number, tracking number if available, and photos of any damage. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
