Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply add your chosen items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your purchase. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed successfully.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@mikegrayoc.com or +1 318-366-1033. We can usually change or cancel an order before it ships. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our returns process.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, having an account makes it easier to track orders and save your details for future purchases.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within an additional 5–6 business days. Most orders arrive within 6–8 business days in total.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We select the most suitable carrier based on your package and delivery address.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on US orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, the applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number. Use this number on the carrier’s website to follow your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure your items meet these requirements before initiating a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
We cover return shipping costs if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify’s encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout system. Your payment information is handled securely, and we never see your full card number.

What is a jab saw used for?

Are your pliers suitable for professional use?
Yes. We offer pliers and plier sets, including products from Wright Tool, designed for demanding, everyday trade use. Check individual product pages for specific details about materials, sizes, and features to find the right tool for your needs.
Can wire strippers be used on live circuits?
No. Never use standard wire strippers on live circuits. Only tools specifically rated and marked for the relevant electrical work should be considered, and appropriate electrical safety procedures must always be followed. Turn off the power and verify that the circuit is de-energised before working on electrical wiring.
