Refund & Return Policy

At Mike Gray Outdoor Construction, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how to return an item or request a refund or replacement.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all parts and accessories included. Proof of purchase is required.

Items showing signs of use, wear, sharpening, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible under our standard return policy, except where required by law.

2. How to Request a Return

Email info@mikegrayoc.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please wait for our return instructions before shipping any item back. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

3. Return Shipping

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label where applicable.

• Change-of-mind or wrong-size returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@mikegrayoc.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible.

We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

5. Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to display the refund.

Replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are provided at no additional cost, subject to availability and applicable law. For exchanges involving other items, you may return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.

6. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order ships. If approved, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded. Shipped orders generally cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process above.
